Bearers have been named for services for Lona Walton Doss, 81,
1357 Dorchester Drive, long-time county teacher who died Sunday
in a Norman nursing home.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Baptist Church.
The Rev. Dexter Blevins, pastor, and Dr. Wayne Coffin, past of
McFarlin United Methodist Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery, arranged by Mayes Funeral Directors.
Active bearers will be Odis McCalip, Herbert Champeau, Jerry Masters,
Jimmie Rosales, David Flowers, Roy Valouch, Hartley Price and
John Tullius.
Honary bearers will be Jack Masters, Herbert Tullius, Larry Willich,
Joe Walko, C.L. Hollingsworth, Dr. Curtis Berry, Ralph Hamilton,
Vernon Kuwitzky, Dr. W.J. Fox, Wallace Taylor, Person Woodall and
Robert Morren.
