Vera G. Feller, 74, Norman died Saturday in the Presbyterian Hospital, Oklahoma City.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the First Baptist Church with Dr. Lavonn Brown officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery with Primrose Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Feller was born in Grandfield on Dec. 15, 1908, and graduated from Grandfield High School. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Music and one in Elementary Education. She taught school in Grandfield, Chickasha, Newcastle and Norman, retiring in 1963. She had moved to Norman in 1952 from Chickasha and was a member of the First Baptist Church.

She also was a member of the Kappa Kappa Iota, Newcastle Homemaker Club, Normanite Club and OU Sams Motor Club.

Survivors include her husband, William E. of the home; two daughters, Norma Whittemore of Oklahoma City and Betty Heath of Rush Springs; a brother Glen McNess of Grandfield; and five grandchildren.

Bearers will be Odis Bell, Billy Cory, Bud Houser, Noris Kerby, Jim Totten and Jack Williams.
