Mrs. Mary E. Harris, 52, 1209 Barbour Ave., died Saturday at her home. Servides will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Primrose Funeral Home with burial in Stillwater.

Mrs. Harris, who was born Oct.6, 1916 in Stillwater, had lived in Norman since 1958. She had been a teacher at Lincoln and Kennedy Elementary schools, a member of McFarlin Memorial United Methodist Church, the Oklahoma Education Association and the WSCS.

Survivors include a son, Gary Harris, with the armed forces in Hawaii; three daughters, Mrs. Don Price, Broken Bow, Mrs. Carl Hohmann, Torrance, Calif., and Mrs. David Adamson, 411 S. Pickard Ave.; three brothers, Robert Whitenton, Houstan, Tex., Bill Whitenton, Claremore, and Buck Whitenton, California; a sister, Mrs. Howard Jackson, Los Angeles, Calif.; her mother, Mrs. Nell Whitenton, Stillwater, and six grandchildren.

Bearers will be Don Rheudasil, Jack Zoblotsky, Lester Reed, Frank Lack, C. Ray Tucker and Jack Kalman.

The family has designated the Kennedy Elementary School as appropriate for memorial contributions.
